Q. IS IT BEST TO REPLACE OR REPAIR AN APPLIANCE?

A. An older appliance in your home will result in one of two choices. You can either schedule professional appliance repair in an try to save money and keep on using the current stove, refrigerator, dishwasher or dryer or washing machine or replace the old appliance with a brand new one.

Home appliances have an average lifetime. If the broken appliance is within the beginning or middle stages of that lifetime, we always recommend calling our appliance repair company. If the appliance is almost near the final part of its expected lifetime, we would recommend replacing it with a new one if you can.

Here are the estimated lifetimes of each type of home appliances:

Dishwasher: 10 years
Washer: 11 years
Dryer: 14 years
Refrigerator: 15 years
Gas Ovens: 15 years
Electric Stove: 15 years
Freezer: 15 years

Q. DO YOU PROVIDE A GUARANTEE OR WARRANTY?

A. Definitely. We provide a warranty on manufacturer parts and labor. We only use manufacturer parts for GE, LG, Frigidaire, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Sub-Zero, Amana, Wolf, Whirlpool and many other popular appliance brands to protect the manufacturer’s warranty. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us anytime after our service if any issues return with your appliance.

Q. CAN YOU REPAIR MY APPLIANCE ON THE FIRST TRIP?

A. In most cases. We load our service vans with 90% of the most common manufacturer parts and all of the important tools to complete our repair service. In the event we need to come back at a later date to complete a repair, there will be no extra service cost. We estimate we finish over 95% of our appliance repair appointments on the initial trip.

Q. WILL YOU NOTIFY ME BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL?

A. Yes. We provide a 1-3 hour timeframe for our technician to arrive at your residence. We are aware of how important your time is and do our best to ensure we arrive in the earlier portion of the scheduled timeframe. But, if an earlier appointment or repair lasts much longer than we anticipated, this timeframe allows our technician a little time to arrive on time during the service window. We always call 15-20 minutes before their arrival for notice.
